This shipping policy governs the delivery of products ordered through our online shop Nina Alwina.

We deliver within Germany and to selected countries of the European Union. You can find the exact delivery countries and any restrictions in the information provided during checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
a) Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99.
b) The exact shipping costs will be shown to you during checkout before you complete your order.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and is non-binding, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with various shipping providers to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
5. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to ship your order in several partial shipments if not all items are immediately available. In this case, we will inform you about how the delivery is split.
6. Shipment Tracking
We offer shipment tracking for most deliveries. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that lets you follow the status of your delivery.
7. Refused or Missed Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery or refuse to accept it, additional costs may arise. These will be borne by you.
8. Collection
Collecting ordered products in person is currently not possible.
